The following are the guidelines by which RootCosmo Clinic functions and offers its clients services. Please make sure you have read and understand the terms and conditions before scheduling any treatments.

Appointments and Cancellations

The dentists, skin & hair specialists and therapists at RootCosmo Clinic have all undergone training and are certified to provide the clinic’s treatment protocols. Call +91-7842370707 as soon as you can if you cannot make it to your appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours beforehand. You will lose the treatment, all discounted offers from RootCosmo Clinic, and your deposit or advance if you don’t change your mind within 24 hours.

To allow for the completion of the required paperwork, kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We will work hard to arrive at your appointment on time. However, we will make every effort to let you know in advance if we need to postpone or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen events.

Since clinic appointments are made using a token system for consultations, it is best to call the clinic or wait for a confirmation before making the requested appointments. While for treatment, waiting for the clinic to confirm the request is also necessary.

Treatment and Course Plans

When a client registers for a course or treatment plan, it is assumed that the client will follow through with it. Unless the client is found to be medically unsuitable in unusual circumstances, RootCosmo Clinic will not be held responsible for patients who change their minds and will not provide any refund on these plans. Patients who schedule an appointment from their current value package of treatments won’t be charged these fees.

The Safety and Effectiveness of the Treatment

We will always determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you and likely to be successful before beginning it. If not, we’ll tell you why and why not. If an initial consultation is required, only that fee will be your responsibility. Only after the doctor has given you his or her honest opinion will you proceed with treatment.

Liability

RootCosmo Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort, or otherwise for any economic loss (including, but not limited to, profit loss) or any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage resulting from or connected to the patient care process.

The patient is responsible for providing all necessary medical information to RootCosmo Clinic prior to each treatment. We disclaim all responsibility for any resulting damages if the client fails to disclose such information.

The patient agrees to adhere to any and all recommendations and/or instructions provided by RootCosmo Clinic for the aftercare of a treated area. RootCosmo Clinic’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from the patient’s negligence is not excluded or limited in any way by these terms and conditions.

Right to File a Complaint

RootCosmo Clinic aims to provide all its patients with appropriate, compassionate, and equitable care. You have the right to voice a complaint verbally, over the phone, or in writing if you are unhappy with any aspect of your care at RootCosmo Clinic. RootCosmo Clinic will be happy to help you if you need help submitting your complaint.

If necessary, RootCosmo Clinic may decide to conduct an additional consultation with the doctor handling your care while the investigation is ongoing. The directors of the clinic will review your case if you are unhappy with this initial attempt at resolution or if you object to seeing this doctor.
